This company comes highly recommended! My mother-in-law's move from Osterburg Altmark to Ingelheim am Rhein (over 500km distance) took only one hour from initial inquiry to quote and confirmation. The very fair price and friendly, yet professional, service made a great first impression. The move was scheduled to begin 14 days later, and Mr. Schäfer was always readily available and quickly answered any questions. The entire move, including travel time, took 12 hours. The movers didn't return until the following day. My mother-in-law was absolutely delighted that everything went so smoothly and quickly. We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Schäfer and his team.

We were so glad that Schäfertransporte helped with our move! We were very satisfied, and the movers were very professional and didn't lose their sense of humor despite the stress! Super helpful! We admired the company's external elevator at another apartment and received a map. The day before our move, it turned out that our moving company hadn't planned for an external elevator and their employees wanted to send about 100 boxes, plus furniture and bulky items, up three floors through the stairwell. Mr. Schäfer stepped in at very short notice and provided us with his elevator. Perfect! Everything was done in three hours. Great!
